Chris Chapman

Chris has 18 years of experience in management, corporate development, financing, M&A and operations at numerous high-growth technology companies and global advisory firms.

Chris has held a number of senior operating roles in systems integration, consulting, product development, sales & marketing, corporate development and finance. He has also founded and exited two successful start ups, served on five boards, and has been an active private company investor within the technology industry.

Throughout his career, Chris has managed numerous global strategic partnerships, system integrator relationships, enterprise sales and system engineer teams, successfully launched and commercialized three new product developments and has been involved in over 20 M&A, buyouts, exits, divestitures, private equity and debt financings.

 Barry Reiter

Barry J. Reiter is a partner with Bennett Jones LLP, an internationally recognized Canadian law firm.

Barry has also served as a Partner for Torys LLP. He’s served as Chairman of Technology Group and is a Member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Reiter served as Chairman of Algorithmics Inc., a developer and provider of enterprise risk management solutions.

Previously, Mr. Reiter served as Chairman of the Board of Battery Technologies Inc., a developer of rechargeable battery technology.

Mr. Reiter has been a Director of 724 Solutions Inc. since 2000. He has been a Director of Alliance at Atlantis Communications Inc., a broadcaster, creator and distributor of filmed entertainment since September 1993. He has been a Director of Avotus Corp., a communications infrastructure management company since 2001 and is a Member of its Corporate Governance Committee.

He serves as a Director of Telepanel Systems Inc., a manufacturer of products for electronic shelf labeling systems for use in the retail industry. He also serves as a Director of Eco Waste Solutions Inc., a manufacturer of eco-friendly waste oxidizer systems, RBC Technology Ventures Inc., a Canadian venture group, Skypower Corporation and Webhelp Inc., and its related companies. He serves as a Director of Park Avenue Investment Corporation.

He serves as a Director of LAVA Systems Inc. Mr. Reiter has been a Director of the Motion Picture Distribution Inc., General Partner of Motion Picture Distribution LP and Movie Distribution Income Fund, since 2005. Mr. Reiter serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Terrawinds and SWEF GP Inc., the General Partner of SWEF LP.

He served as a Director of the Board of Battery Technologies Inc. He served as a Director of Binscarth PVC Ventures Inc. He served as a Director of Algorithmics Inc.; He also serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Innovation Law and Policy. Prior to 1982, Mr. Reiter was a Law Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto.
